The Easy Chicken Tenders You Won't Find At Mcdonalds
Ready for a quick and simple paleo version of Chicken tenders that will win over the hearts of your picky kids and family members? This recipe is tried and true at our house and always wins a stamp of approval from even the pickiest of child dinner guests.
Paleo Chicken nuggets
1 pound raw organic chicken strips
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup almond or coconut flour
1 egg
salt to taste
coconut oil
Over medium heat, melt 2 tbs or more coconut oil in skillet. Combine the sesame seeds, flour and salt in a medium bowl, beat the egg in another bowl, dip raw chicken into the egg mixture and then in the flour mixture until fully coated. Then add to pan, let cook until brown on one side, then flip to completely cook the other side. Serve with your favorite sauce (honey+ mustard goes well).
